Venezuelan patent number 32,718: issued in March 1975. The patent covered metallic forms for the construction of bearing-wall and solid-slab concrete structures. This patent was contributed as equity in the formation of my first company, Sistemas Tunel CA. Some 1,500 apartment buildings and houses were built using this patent. (See pictures above)
Venezuelan patent number 39.976: issued in March 1982. Similar in concept to the above patent, but with a design that lowered the manufacturing cost of the equipment itself. Under this patent, some 5,100 houses and apartments were built between 1982 and 1988 in La Esmeralda, La Mora and Rio Lama developments.
US provisional patent application: filed in January 2005 for a compact book-holder for reading in bed. (See picture below). The Book Tamer, as I called it, is meant to stand on your chest while you lay on your back to read in bed. Very light in weight and super-practical for the avid reader.
