Field measurement of true acting structural loads: in the foundations of Centro San Ignacio Town Center, in Caracas, Venezuela (see partial picture above).   This investigation lasted 2 years and was conceived and performed by myself, using ultra high sensitive strain gauges.   The goal of this study was to resolve a complex structural controversy originated by the recalculation of the office towers.   The structure consists of two twin, elliptic-shaped office towers with 17 structural levels in a high-risk seismic-area. The results were used to provide the structures with an additional 1,900 metric tons of foundation bearing capacity.

Analysis of the Toronto Real estate Bubble: based on the historical Real Estate median home price data for the city of Toronto since 1963, I was able to predict, in early 1989, the precise moment and the exact level at which the bubble would stabilize, seven years later. (See Power Point presentation of bubble analysis by clicking on the following link: resources/The Real Estate bubble, MS2003.ppt

Analysis of the US Real estate Bubble: employing the same method used for the Toronto bubble analysis, I was able to predict, in 2006, the precise moment and the exact level at which the national Real estate bubble would stabilize, three years later. The data was based on the single family home median price for the United States since 1965, as provided by the US Real Estate Association. The same procedure was applied to the Real Estate data for the St. Lucie County, Florida, by analyzing  every single one of the 130,000 transactions registered in the County since 1972.  (See Power Point presentation of bubble analysis by clicking on the following link: resources/The Real Estate bubble, MS2003.ppt

Analysis of the Stock Market:  employing the same successful methods used to analyze and predict the behavior of the Real Estate bubbles, described above, I created a Power Point presentation meant to predict the value of the Stock Market in the coming years.
